I'm a 17 year old girl, I've just moved into my brothers old room cause he's moved out.
The furniture's all pinewood, so it's all pale. Ideally if the furniture was darker or if I was allowed to paint it I'd probably paint my room dark purple, and use a black satin bed spread... Colour theme would be purple black and grey.
I have to keep the furniture as it is though, so I was thinking maybe burnt orange walls? But then what colour bed spread could I use?
I'm not a tomboy, but I'm not a super girly girl either. So I think orange would do. I'm going to be putting up about 150 photos (some standard size some larger) onto my walls, and about 50 record covers. My 2 guitars are also going to go up.. I guess if there was a 'style' i wanted for my room it'd be between indie and kinda surf/reggae/bob marley.
